We can therefore draw on masses of material which will aid the implementation process in terms of efficiency and also in terms of getting all aspects of the implementation right first time and implemented to high audit standards and documented to best practice standards.

One of these layers are our discussion papers which are designed to foster the kind of thought processes required by the project stakeholders to ensure an efficient authorisations implementation in the areas of authorisations design and security policy.

These discussion papers are designed to facilitate workshops with the stakeholders to empower them with the information required for them to make the key decisions on authorisations and security strategy.
